Factor Support Network Pharmacy

Factor Support Network is a full service pharmacy that specializes in dispensing clotting factor and medications for hemophilia and von Willebrand disease. Our pharmacist and nurses provide a communication and monitoring network between the client, physician, and manufacturers.

Factor Support Network participates in a national notification program for blood safety, availability, recalls, and monitor the development and trials of new medications and therapies. Our pharmacy works closely with your physician and/or Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) to keep you updated on new information that helps you achieve the quality of life you deserve.

Factor Support Network maintains an appropriate inventory to meet the needs of our clients and have procedures in place to deliver medications to clients in case of an emergency.

Factor Support Network is online with an automated drug interaction computer system for your safety. We also provide each client with individualized attention, consultations, and help coordinate the following:

• Your treatment with physicians and nurse coordinators
• Home Nursing services as needed
• Personalized Emergency Medical Cards
• Current educational information and newsletters related to bleeding disorders
• Agreements with major insurance providers, HMO's and Government programs
• 24 hour delivery to home or other designated locations with follow-up tracking
• Sign-up with Patient Notification System for 24 hour notification on product recalls
• Sign-up with Patient Service Items Program (PSIp) for any non-infusion related items and services

Factor Support Network's professional staff of pharmacists and nurses are on call for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
