Our son David has Severe Hemophilia. We rely on the pharmacy we use for accurate and timely order deliveries of his factor and supplies. Since we have chosen Factor Support Network Pharmacy, we have less to worry about. This has been a positive experience for our family. Our Factor Support coordinator, Ian Corona has been great. If ever we have concerns or need anything, Ian goes that extra mile to make sure we have what we need as quickly as possible. We were in need of elbow and knee pads for David, to protect his joints while bicycle riding and with other activities. Ian came out to our home to get an idea of what type and size David needed. He then went to several stores to find exactly what we wanted and brought them to me at my work right away. Ian is very involved and supportive with David's needs. Having that kind of support is very important to our family and gives us a peace of mind. It gives us great pleasure to know there is a percentage of our order that goes towards the Hemophilia Foundation for education and camp for the Hemophilia community.

Our son has severe Hemophilia and receives his factor from Factor Support Network. As a mother I am very pleased with Factor Support Network. As every month rolls around and it is time to place an order I speak to a person not an automated machine. My order is processed very fast and pain free. It is delivered to my door step in a fast manner and no hassles. Our son has a rule in our house. He gets to open his package of medication because the pharmacist always leaves him a little something special right on top.

They are always available 24/7, and will always do whatever it takes to make sure that I have access to factor.
