Dr. Wong has been the key pharmacist for FSN since 1994. He is available to answer any questions about your medications and usage. He has exceptional knowledge in all areas of hemophilia and von Willebrand Disease care and additional training in pain management, asthma, diabetes, HIV and Hepatitis.
Factor Support Network Pharmacy is equipped to provide complete care for hemophilia and von Willebrand Disease, HIV and Hepatitis. We maintain inventory and monitor the upcoming needs of each individual client as part of our personalized program of service.

Factor Support Network Confidentiality Policy We protect your information. The only persons who have access to your information are those providing our products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.
Our Pharmacists and nurses provide a communication and monitoring network between the client, physician, Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) and manufacturers.
We participate in a national notification program for blood safety, availability, recalls and drug interactions. We monitor the development and trials of new medications and therapies to keep you informed on all new information.
Factor Support Network Pharmacy is on-line with an automated drug-interaction-system for your safety. We provide each client with individualized attention and consultation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help coordinate the following:
